The ZIP INTO SUMMER program helps you regain focus during the next four weeks while we slowly get back out there. It was made for clients who have minimal to no equipment and still want an intense workout targeting their goals! You only need two hand towels, a regular towel, and a step! If you have minimal equipment you will only need sliders, a step, and resistance bands!
What it includes:
4 Workouts A Week (2 upper and 2 lower body programs, each involving core work),
Structured template to show you how you will progress week.
Once you register, all we need is a starting photo in your denim jeans! At the end of the month, we will ask for a progress photo in the same jeans to see how the program helped you zip into them a little bit easier!
