This at home personal fitness training package is for a group of two. For both friends and couples! Both members of your group will receive personalized workout plans and your trainer will adjust your plans as you progress on your fitness journey.

You may schedule your sessions to coordinate with you and your team member’s availability. Most teams choose to schedule two sessions a week, whereas workout teams with extreme fitness goals often schedule more frequent sessions.
Session fees are per person. To create your team, each member must visit this page and choose the same selections and checkout individually. This process allows us to create personalized fitness plans for both of you!

Virtual Personal Training
Virtual Personal Training happens online, in real-time. Throughout each session your trainer is connected with you on a video call. Your fitness plan will be customized for your goals. During your training sessions, your coach will be live with you to answer your questions and to make sure your form is spot on. Most importantly, you have 100% of your trainers attention, as each session is one-on-one and not a group class.
This is a great option for those whose lifestyle and fitness goals are best supported virtually!
