Calories in verses calories out is how we truly measure success. Calories in is essentially everything you put into your body, while calories out is everything you burn in your day.
Most people gravitate to foods that have a small ratio of protein such as peanut butter, beans, and hummus. What people may not realize is the ratio from protein to carbohydrates to fat is on opposite ends of the spectrum.
In order to lose fat it is essential to be in a caloric deficit, but how do you know if it has been too long, or too extreme?
