These Website Terms of Use govern your use of the Limitless Training website, you agree to these terms.
Complete service terms, liability waivers, and health acknowledgments will be provided in your Service Agreement, which you'll sign before training begins.
1. Website Use & Consultation Requests
By using this website, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when submitting consultation requests
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if you create a client portal account)
Use the website for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality
Consultation Process: When you submit a consultation request on this website, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps. This is not a binding service agreement. Limitless Training will contact you to schedule a consultation, and complete terms will be provided in the Service Agreement if you decide to move forward.
2. Payment Terms & Automatic Billing
2.1 Package Pricing
Training packages are available in 8, 16, 24, or 48-session options for both 45-minute and 60-minute sessions. Full pricing and package details are provided during your consultation.
2.2 Payment Options
Pay-in-full: No additional charges
Installment plans: Finance charges apply (2 installments: +7%; 3 installments: +10%)
2.3 Payment Authorization
When you sign your Service Agreement and provide payment information, you authorize Limitless Training to:
Charge your payment method for the selected package and any applicable finance charges
Process installment payments automatically according to your selected plan
Renew and charge your package using the same payment structure (pay-in-full or installments) when your package nears expiration
Retry failed payments up to 3 times
2.4 Automatic Renewal
YOUR PACKAGE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNLESS YOU CANCEL.
How Renewal Works:
First Notice (6 sessions remaining or 30 days before expiration): We send a renewal reminder by email/text
If you take no action: Your package renews automatically
Billing (4 sessions remaining or 7 days before expiration): We charge your payment method on file using the same payment structure as your original package
To Cancel Renewal:
Email [email protected] before you reach 4 sessions remaining (or 7 days before expiration for time-based programs)

Important: Canceling renewal does NOT refund unused sessions or extend expiration dates.
2.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
We'll attempt to process payment up to 3 times
You'll receive email/SMS notifications
Your account may be suspended until payment resolves
You remain responsible for the full payment amount
2.6 Refund Policy
All sales are final once services begin. Package fees include initial assessment, program design, trainer assignment, and subsequent sessions. You remain responsible for full payment regardless of session attendance.
2.7 Session Expiration
Sessions expire according to package terms:
1 Month Package - 2 Months after Purchase Date
2 Month Package - 3 Months after Purchase Date
3 Month Package - 5 Months after Purchase Date
6 Month Package - 8 Months after Purchase Date
Expired sessions cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred.
3. Cancellation Policy
You must cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance by:

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows count as used sessions. All cancellations must have confirmed receipts.
4. Client Portal & Digital Content
4.1 Account Access
You will receive client portal access via email once you sign your Service Agreement.
Through client portal https://portal.limitless-training.com/, you can:
Access and sign contracts
Update your payment method on file
Access and pay invoices
You cannot access your session information or view your calendar through the portal. Session confirmations, reminders, and scheduling information will be sent via email. Your login is personal and non-transferable. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.2 Digital Content Use
All digital content (workout programs, videos, coaching materials) is for your personal use only. You may not:
Share, distribute, or reproduce content
Record virtual sessions without permission
Allow others to access your account or materials
5. Privacy & Marketing
5.1 Information Collection
We collect information necessary to provide services, including contact details, payment information, and health/fitness data you provide. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we use and protect your information.
5.2 Marketing Communications
By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive:
Service confirmations and reminders
Billing notifications and renewal notices
Account updates
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. You cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your services.
5.3 Photos & Testimonials
We will not use your image in marketing without your explicit written consent. Photo/video authorization is optional and will be requested separately.
6. Full Service Agreement
These Website Terms cover website usage and payment processing only.
Before training begins, you will sign a complete Service Agreement that includes:
Detailed service terms and conditions
Health and safety acknowledgments
Liability waivers and risk assumptions
Additional policies and procedures
The Service Agreement supersedes these Website Terms in the event of any conflict.
7. Modifications
We may update these Website Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution provisions in your signed Service Agreement.
